Cage ankle boots

Only a short post with some photos taken yesterday before leaving for some days in Tuscany with Richie and my friends. I hope the weather will be good because we’ll visit amazing places like Siena and Florence :) I should be able to update the blog also while I’m away, otherway I wish you a fabolous 2010 from now. I got these cage boots from England and I wanted to try them in this not so typical winter outfit, what do you think about them? The lovely tshirt is one of the presents from my best friend who perfectly knows my taste. Thank you mon amour :D

Solo un breve post con alcune foto di ieri prima di partire per passare un pò di giorni in Toscana con Richie ed i miei amici. Spero solo il tempo sia bello perchè andremo in posti splendidi quali Siena e Firenze :) Dovrei riuscire ad aggiornare il blog anche mentre sono via, altrimenti vi faccio gli auguri per uno splendido 2010 già da ora. Ho ricevuto questi cage boots dall’Inghilterra e ho voluto provarli in questo outfit decisamente poco invernale, cosa ne pensate? La favolosa tshirt con fiocco e teschio è stato uno dei regali della mia migliore amica che conosce perfettamente i miei gusti. Grazie amore mio :D

Photos of Christmas day

First of all, today it’s my sister Valentina’s 17th birthday so everybody say happy birthday to her! On Christmas day I managed to take some photos at them, even If Franci didn’t really want to. Isn’t Pumba the sweetest fatty dog in the world? Among the things I left in Italy there also were my Dr.Marten’s, that I was looking forward to wearing! And i also was able to wear one of the creations of Martina Brocchini, that you can see HEREand HERE, mine is Chanel inspired, how could I resist?
I also want to thank Sonia Grispo for talking about me and my blog in the beautiful Trend and the City, Look here :D

Prima di tutto oggi è il 17esimo compleanno di mia sorella Valentina quindi fatele tutti gli auguri!Il giorno di Natale sono riuscita a fare delle foto alle mie sorelline, anche se Franci non era molto del parere. Pumba non è il cane più dolce e ciccioso che esista? Tra le cose che avevo lasciato in Italia c’erano anche le mie Dr.Marten’s, che non vedevo l’ora di reindossare! E sono anche riuscita ad indossare una delle creazioni di Martina Brocchini, che potete vedere QUI e QUI, la mia naturalmente è ispirata agli accessori più famosi di Chanel, come potevo resistere?

Heart tights

I know I promised you the Christmas photos but I still have to choose so they’ll be in tomorrow post, for now here for you the outfit I wore yesterday, my first real day in Milano since I came back from Chicago. I fell in love with these tights a long time ago, I found them at American Apparel in the States but It was too cold over there and I didn’t have with me any shorts so I never wore them before: which other better occasion? Yesterday night I finally spent an amazing night with my best friend and many other best friends that I haven’t seen for a long time, a strong emotion. So che vi avevo promesso le foto di natale ma devo ancora finire di sceglierle quindi saranno nel post di domani, per ora ecco a voi il mio outfit di ieri, il mio primo giorno a Milano da quando sono tornata da Chicago.Mi ero innamorata di questi collants da tempo, li ho trovati da American Apparel negli States ma con il freddo che c’era li e non essendomi portata dietro degli shorts non sono mai riuscita a metterli: quale occasione migliore di questa? Finalmente ieri sera poi ho passato una serata fantastica insieme alla mia migliore amica e tantissimi altri amici che non vedevo da prima di partire, un’emozione fortissima. After Christmas day

Here I am at the end, after many lunches and dinners between relatives and friends I’m able to upload the first photos taken in the last days spent by eating, unwrapping presents and telling everybody about my experience in Chicago. Italy is still partially covered by snow and I couldn’t wait to take some photos in the country: yesterday before another lunch I managed to do it. The positive thing about being home (moreover the fact I missed my family and friends a lot) is that I’m able to use all my closet full of different bags, shoes and clothes. You’ll see me wearing more various accessories and I’ll try to mix my way even more :D
On the Christmas day I took some photos with my mum and my sisters, that I think I’ll upload tomorrow or this night If i can find some time, these ones are from yesterday, the 26th december. After a huge lunch with Richie’s relatives (Isn’t his little brother Chicco in the photo with me adorable?) we relaxed a bit at his house and I didn’t loose time starting to mess with Nuvola, my favourite cat ever. We were also able to see at the cinema two movies I really didn’t want to miss, that is Sherlock Holmes and Brothers, both of them really amazing even if very different from each other (anyway Jake Gyllenhaal is my favourite actor, after I saw him in Donnie Darko 3 or 4 years ago).
I want to thank you all for the lovely Christmas mails I received, you’re sweet as always, I don’t know how to thank you!

Eccomi finalmente, dopo varii pranzi e cene tra parenti ed amici riesco a caricare le prime foto di questi giorni passati a mangiare, scartare regali e raccontare della mia esperienza a Chicago.L’italia è ancora in buona parte coperta dalla neve, e non vedevo l’ora di scattare qualche foto in campagna: ieri prima dell’ennesimo pranzo ho colto l’occasione. La cosa positiva dell’essere tornata a casa (oltre al fatto che naturalmente famiglia ed amici mi mancavano parecchio) è il poter rivedere e tornare a riutilizzare tutto il mio guardaroba pieno di borse, scarpe e vestiti diversi. Mi vedrete quindi finalmente con accessori più varii e tenterò di mixare ancora di più a modo mio :D
Il giorno di Natale ho fatto delle foto insieme a mia mamma ed alle mie sorelle, che penso uploaderò domani o stasera se trovo il tempo, queste invece sono di ieri, il 26 dicembre. Dopo un mega pranzo con i parenti di Richie (non è adorabile il suo fratellino Chicco nella foto insieme a me?) ci siamo rilassati a casa sua e non ho perso tempo a tormentare Nuvola, il mio gattone preferito. Sono riuscita a vedere al cinema anche due film che non volevo assolutamente perdere, ossia Sherlock Holmes e Brothers, entrambi bellissimi anche se molto diversi tra loro (d’altra parte Jake Gyllenhaall è il mio attore preferito, da quando, 3 o 4 anni fa, l’ho visto in Donnie Darko).
