Two events on the same night: outfit indecision

Last Monday, in full fashionweek period, I was invited to the event organized by Borsalino in Triennale and, after that, to the Philipp Plein event in the showroom of the brand. That’s when the outfit paranoia started: I wanted to wear so much my Indiana Jones/cowboy Borsalino hat for the first event and for sure also the new leather jacket for the Philipp Plein event. Add the fact that my companion for the Borsalino event was Diego Dolcini (Do you remember when I first met him?) and that I wanted to wear one of his creations as well… Total caos! I opted for a basic look (can we tell it’s basic?) created by leather trousers with silk cream shirt and sandals (didn’t get too cold because the events were inside) and I decided to change the jacket between the events (I can imagine people’s faces while I was changing them like crazy in the car)
Which of the two outfits you prefer?
The Borsalino event was really well organized: there was this beautiful exhibition with the scenes of the most famous movies in which some Borsalino hats were featured.
In the second event I had the chance to see a preview of the new man/woman Philipp Plein collection, which I enjoyed even more than the previous one and guess what I fell in love with? Another leather jacket (I should collect them now, I’m so predictable), totally different from all the ones I have though Soon I will also be able to show you some of the woman collection photos, now have a look at the pieces I adored the most of the man collection.

Lo scorso lunedi sera, nel pieno della fashionweek uomo, sono stata invitata all’evento organizzato da Borsalino in Triennale e, subito dopo, all’evento di Philipp Plein nello showroom del brand. Ecco che quindi è scattata l’ansia da outfit: volevo assolutamente indossare il mio cappello Borsalino stile Indiana Jones/cowboy della domenica per il primo evento e naturalmente la nuova giacca di pelle per l’evento di Philipp Plein. Aggiungete il fatto che il mio accompagnatore per l’evento di Borsalino era Diego Dolcini (vi ricordate quando l’ho conosciuto?) e che quindi avevo intenzione di indossare un paio delle sue creazioni… Caos totale! Ho optato per un look “basico” (se di basico si può parlare in questo caso), creato da pantaloni di pelle nera con camicetta di seta panna e sandali aperti (dovendo stare in luoghi al chiuso non ho neanche sofferto troppo il freddo), decidendo di cambiare la giacca tra un evento e l’altro (immagino le facce dei passanti mentre in macchina mi cambiavo come una matta)
A proposito, quale dei due outfit preferite?
L’evento in Triennale è stato veramente ben organizzato: c’era una bellissima mostra con le scene dei film più famosi in cui apparivano diverse varianti dei cappelli più popolari al mondo.
Nel secondo evento ho invece avuto la possibilità di visionare in anteprima la nuova collezione Philipp Plein uomo e donna, che mi è piaciuta ancora di più della precedente ed indovinate di cosa mi sono innamorata? L’ennesima giacca di pelle (ormai dovrei collezionarle, sono prevedibile..), completamente diversa però da tutte quelle che ho Presto vi potrò mostrare anche alcune foto della collezione femminile, per ora alcuni scatti dei pezzi che più mi hanno colpita di quella maschile.
