MBFW Milan: day 1

Just got back from New York and London, and Mercedes-Benz fashion week Milan started yesterday, for my happiness

Appena tornata da New York e Londra, subito felicemente immersa nella Mercedes-Benz fashion week di Milano, che è iniziata proprio ieri
Come è andata la mia prima giornata?

I started with a front-row seat at Angelo Marani, which didn’t disappoint me with his winter collection and gave me interesting ideas about how to wear maxi skirts and sweaters at the same time. Loved all the long dresses, the difficult mix&match of patterns and materials and the use of jewels as real accessories

Ho iniziato con un posto in prima fila da Angelo Marani, che non mi ha delusa con la nuova collezione invernale e mi ha dato spunti molto interessanti a proposito di abbinamenti con gonne lunghe e maglioncini. Bellissimi tutti gli abiti lunghi da giorno, il difficilissimo e riuscito mix&match di fantasie e materiali e l’uso dei gioielli come veri e propri accessori

After a quick stop at the Pennyblack store where I chose some wonderful coats and jackets I went to Mercedes-Benz lounge, a small portion of paradise in the caos of the fashion week.

Dopo un veloce giro nel negozio di Pennyblack in cui ho scelto alcuni cappottini e giacchette meravigliose sono stata a pranzo alla Mercedes-Benz lounge, un piccolo angolo di paradiso nel caos della settimana della moda.

The second fashionshow of the day was Gucci for me, which is the one I enjoyed the most with Alberta Ferretti. On the catwalk colour games which arrive to furs which become fluo. The long dresses were maybe also better: the message was the importance of the legs, which were never hidden. Loved the flowers inserts, and “my” Abbey Lee in the yellow dress

La seconda sfilata del giorno è stata per me Gucci, che è stata anche quella che più mi ha ispirata insieme a quella di Alberta Ferretti. In passerella giochi di tonalità, che non si limitano a cappotti, pantaloni e gonne ma arrivano alle pellicce che si tingono di colori fluo. Gli abiti lunghi non sono poi stati da meno: il messaggio chiave sembra essere l’importanza delle gambe, che non vengono mai nascoste ma escono allo scoperto tramite spacchi o trasparenze. Meravigliosi gli inserti di fiori, e “la mia” Abbey Lee in abito giallo

The third fashionshow was john Richmond, really far from my taste in the first outfits and closer to it at the end of the fashionshow, where I saw an amazing long green silk dress and a pink one with black feathers.

La terza sfilata è stata John Richmond, molto distante dai miei gusti nei primi pezzi e molto più vicino nel finale della sfilata, dove ho visto uno splendido abito lungo di seta verda ed uno in seta fucsia con inserti di piume nere.

Another beautiful fashionshow was Alberta Ferretti, that I hope a lot of you watched live streaming on my blog. In a wonderful back to the 70′s we saw over the knee boots with a lot of decorations, tone-sur-tone outfits and long night dresses worn with flat shoes Thanks to the perfect position I was given (front row next to Bryanboy with big fur hat, Scott and Garance) I also shot a short video of the final, that I hope will make you more part of it.

Un’altra sfilata splendida è stata quella di Alberta Ferretti, che spero molti di voi abbiano visto in streaming sul mio blog perchè davvero con quel tocco in più. In un meraviglioso ritorno agli anni ’70 abbiamo trovato stivali oltre il ginocchio completamente ricamati, completi tone-sur-tone e lunghi abiti in seta abbinati ad insolite scarpe basse Grazie alla perfetta posizione in prima fila che mi è stata data (di fianco a Bryanboy con mega cappello di pelo, Scott e Garance) sono riuscita anche a fare un mini video del finale, che spero vi possa far sentire più partecipi

I then went to say hello to Fausto Puglisi at Spiga2 to admire some pieces of his new collection which becomes more interesting and more various each time. I also finally managed to shoot a photo with Ingrid

Sono stata poi a salutare Fausto Puglisi da Spiga2 e ad ammirare alcuni pezzi della sua nuova collezione che diventa sempre più interessante e varia a mio parere. Finalmente sono anche riuscita a scattare una foto insieme ad Ingrid

The last fashionshow of the day was for me Francesco Scognamiglio,and I fell in love with the white dress with the golden roses as decorations (believe me, in real life It was super) and also with the glittered boots (Did you have any doubts about it? You probably know my taste by now ).
Today I have even more fashionshows and among them also Prada, for my first time Hope all goes well!

L’ultima sfilata del giorno è stata per me quella di Francesco Scognamiglio, di cui mi sono innamorata del vestito bianco con le rose dorate come decorazioni (credetemi, dal vivo era incredibile) e degli stivali glitterati (avevate qualche dubbio a proposito? Ormai conoscete i miei gusti ).
Oggi mi aspettano ancora più sfilate e tra di queste anche Prada, per la prima volta Speriamo vada tutto bene!
