If I already was a fan of Burberry men’s spring/summer 2012 collection, I really don’t know how to start talking about the fashionshow which took place yesterday in London. There’s nothing to do: Christopher Bailey is a genius who can always change rules and proportions. First of all there is a new lenght for skirts and dresses, that are longer than usual and until the knees which perfectly go with the other items of the collection: ethnic and coloured patterns which become tridimensional on sweaters and trench (did you see that trench?), coloured leather and twisted leather in the details of accessories, stripes on stripes, prints and high-waisted belts.

Se già la sfilata primavera/estate 2012 di Burberry mi era molto piaciuta, non so come iniziare a parlare del fashionshow che si è tenuto ieri a Londra. Non c’è niente da fare: Christopher Bailey rimane un genio incontrastato che riesce a cambiare le regole e le proporzioni. Innanzitutto una nuova lunghezza di abiti e gonne, rigorosamente ad altezza ginocchia, che ben si sposa con gli altri elementi rappresentativi della collezione: fantasie etniche e colorate che diventano giochi tridimensionali su maglioni e trench (avete visto quel trench?), pelle colorata e pelle intrecciata nei dettagli dei capi ed accessori, righe su righe, stampe e cinture a vita alta.

I always love the Burberry Prorsum show, not only the trenches are amazing but also the complements. The shoes and the bags here are just perfect and I fell madly in love with the green beaded cardigan, it makes my beige one look sooo boring!

Preferisco quando la fotocamera coglie l'attimo di quel momento, piuttosto che vederlo scorrere sotto gli occhi.
Sarà che tutti quegli ondeggiamenti della passerella, mi hanno un po' distolta dai particolari dell'abbigliamento.
Povere modelle: sfilare, non cadere da quei tacchi importabili, rimanere impassibili…
Le foto, sì le foto le preferisco.
Quel trench è divino e di una lunghezza favolosa!
Mi sono piaciute le stampe (che paion esser di moda) e i colori etnici non fluo.
Accessori stupendi.
Le modelle almeno qui non erano degli scheletri uscite da "Mauthausen".
Questo lato di Burberry non l'avevo mai notato, pensavo fosse solo quadretti beige, neri e rossi.
