While I’m in Barcelona for an important photoshoot (but I’m only staying here for 36 hours) I wanted to share with you these photos taken last Friday in Rome with Louis Vuitton: I spent the night at the opening of the new Maison Etoile and at the party. Let’s start talking about the new store: 1200 square metres created by the architect Peter Marino (that I had the chance to meet at the party) and we’re not only talking about a store, but about a place of art connected to fashion and cinema. It stands on the place where Rome first cinema, Etoile, used to be and it has a small cinema with 20 golden seats inside.
The part was held at the ex geologic institute, where a theatre company created a main show and a lot of private mini shows, in which it was only possible to attend paying with some special Louis Vuitton coins that were given to each guest at the beginning of the party (and bartering was the must). Such a different night, one of those you think about with a smile on your face.
I was wearing a Philosophy by Alberta Ferretti dress, Christian Louboutin shoes and a Louis Vuitton clutch.

Mentre mi trovo a Barcellona per un servizio fotografico (ma ahimè solo per 36 ore scarse) volevo condividere con voi le foto di venerdi sera a Roma con Louis Vuitton: ho passato la serata all’inaugurazione della nuova maison Etoile ed al party. Ma partiamo dal nuovo store: 1200 metri quadrati ideati dall’architetto Peter Marino (che sono anche riuscita a conoscere), e non stiamo parlando di un semplice negozio, ma di un luogo d’arte legato al cinema ed alla moda. Sorge infatti al posto del primo cinema di Roma, l’Etoile appunto, di cui ha voluto ricreare l’atmosfera con un mini cinema all’interno, con 20 poltrone color oro.
Il party si è invece tenuto all’ex istituto geologico, dove una compagnia di teatro ha messo in scena uno spettacolo principale e tanti mini spettacoli privati, per la cui visione bisognava barattare con delle monete speciali Louis Vuitton date all’inizio del party ad ogni ospite (e la contrattazione era necessaria per poter accedere alle varie salette). Insomma, una serata decisamente diversa dal solito, di quelle a cui pensi con il sorriso.
Indossavo un abito Philosophy by Alberta Ferretti, decollete Christian Louboutin e clutch Louis Vuitton.
