Almost everyday I receive emails and comments about my beauty routine: why not dedicating some of my posts to the beauty area, teaching you some of my easy rituals and showing you my favourite products?
This first post is dedicated to one of my favourite kind of makeup for the eye: the “cat-eye” eyeliner.
You only need a few steps to get the perfect result, especially If helped by the talented makeup artist (and friend of mine) Giulio Panciera.
Quasi ogni giorno ricevo email e commenti riguardanti la mia beauty routine: perchè non dedicare quindi qualche post all’area del beauty in cui vi spiego i miei “rituali” e vi mostro i miei prodotti preferiti?
Il primo post non poteva che essere dedicato ad uno dei trucchi che preferisco: l’eyeliner effetto “cat-eye”.
Basta qualche facile step per ottenere il risultato perfetto, soprattutto se aiutata dal bravissimo makeup artist (e mio amico) Giulio Panciera.
-Apply the mascara from the root of the eyelashes till the end with a zig-zag movement. My favourite mascara right now is by Chanel: It’s a waterproof mascara called “Sublime de Chanel”
-Applicate il mascara dalle radici alle punte con un movimento zig-zag. Il mascara che utilizzo maggiormente è di Chanel: è waterproof e si chiama “Sublime de Chanel”
- Start applying the eyeliner from half of the eyelid till the end of the eye and than from the same half till the inside of the eyelid. Create a continuous light line, which acquires thickness at the end of the eye.
-Iniziate ad applicare l’ eyeliner da metà della palpebra fino alla fine dell’occhio e poi da meta all’inizio con una linea continua e leggera che tende ad aumentare di spessore verso la fine dell’occhio
-Create a triangle that rejoins the eyeliner, which size depends on the kind of inspiration you want to give to your makeup and the use of the eyeliner. There are different inspirations from the 70s, 80s, 90s and more.
-Formate quindi un triangolo che si ricongiunge con l’eyeliner la cui grandezza dipende dal tipo di ispirazione che volete dare all’occhio. Ci sono ispirazioni anni ’70, ’80, ’90, per nominarne solo alcune.
- When I use the eyeliner I like to have a natural makeup: skin lip colour and light rosè blush on the cheeks
-Abbinate all’eyeliner un trucco naturale e pulito. In questi casi prediligo labbra color carne ed un velo di fard sulle guance per dare l’effetto rosato.
