Senza titolo-2 copiaWhat does Gisele eat in order to have such a beautiful and bright skin? And where does Madonna find all the energy she still shows on stage? Let’s admit it: we’re all a bit curious to known what stars put on their plate. And even though you might think there’s very little to fantasize about, truth is that choice is really wide and all their diets from the simplest to the most complicated ones are studied by doctors and cooks in order to guarantee wellness and…taste! From Madonna’s macrobiotic diet to Beyoncé’s vegan and Kylie Jenner’s lactose-free one (followed for an actual intolerance), here are 9 diets that are healthy and celebrity-approved. Would you like to try them? Don’t forget to inform your physician before starting one; he’ll be able to suggest the best food you’ll need based on your age, body type and lifestyle!

Gisele Bündchen. The top model and her family, her husband Tom included – a professional football player –, are followed by a chef that personally prepares all their meals, even breakfast. He is very strict in the selection of ingredients: no to refined flours, iodized salt and Solano vegetables that is potatoes, eggplants and tomatoes which, according to him, favor inflammations.

Beyoncé. Completely giving up all animal proteins is not easy, but it’s definitely doable for just a few days. This is the concept on which Beyoncé’s 22 days of nutrition is based on. During the most stressful times, she chooses a rigorously vegan nutrition that allows her to stay in shape and more focused.

Madonna. The singer is always full of energy and her secret could reside in her strict macrobiotic diet that bans wheat, eggs, meat and milk-derived products, opting for the use of “marine vegetables”, that is seaweed. Probably one of the most difficult diets to follow…but we all know Mrs Ciccone has always been extreme in all her choices!

Gwyneth Paltrow. After finding out she was allergic to numerous food groups, the beautiful actress converted into a diet based simply on saturated food. The first rule is to eliminate bread, red meat, milk and tomatoes. There are instead plenty of centrifuges! If you are thinking this kind of diet might be boring, check out It’s All Good, the cooking book in which she shares her favorite recipes!

Victoria Beckham. Posh Spice tried several diets, but her favorite one is the alkaline diet, based on maintaining your body PH balance between 7.35 and 7.45. How? Favoring vegetables and almost completely eliminating red meat and cheese and drinking lots and lots of water!

Megan Fox. The secret of having a well trained body like Megan Fox? An intense workout, of course! But also the 5-factor diet, that consist in consuming 5 meals a day that contain the 5 basic elements (healthy fats, water, vitamins and lean proteins) cooked in 5 minutes. A real Masterchef challenge!

Katy Perry. Mushroom lovers: it’s your time! The American singer has admitted her love for the M Plan diet, which allows you to eat only mushroom at lunch or dinner for at least 14 days. She assures immediate benefits for your body both as far as strength and focus are concerned but also tonicity.

Drew Barrymore. The beautiful actress follows a daily detox program invented by one of America’s most famous nutritionists, Kimberly Snyder, which entails a diet based on vegetables with one day dedicated only to juices and centrifuges.

Kylie Jenner. The youngest of the Jenner/Kardashian family, loves food just like her sister, but she is very careful what she eats and very serious about her workout. Although she was eating healthy, she always felt tired without any apparent reason. The answer arrived in the shape of lactose intolerance. By eliminating all the food that contains it, she started to feel in shape, active and super sexy. She also managed to lose a few extra pounds, result of a chronic inflammation caused by the intolerance!

  • Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful post! It’s always so interesting to see what the celebrities are doing 🙂 I always believe that everyone’s body different, though, so what may work for others may not work for you. The key is finding what is effective and implementing it 🙂
