Do you think that fashion can have a conscience in 2015? The need for a new fashion voice is definitely already clear, people want to talk about appealing topics and current affairs through clear and direct messages, to create new and strong identities.

Sharing personal thoughts has become essential  in the last few years and designers have decided to create a strong emotional connection between people and what they wear. In fact  “Fashion writing” will be a must for this Spring Summer 2015. It all started out by sharing simple, funny and viral messages on clothes, paving the road for new and deeper thoughts, which better suit the mood of the seasons to come.

What do you want to achieve with your style? Fashion is more than clothes, and as Yohji Yamamoto said: «There are no greater powers than the ones proclaimed in the declaration of the rights of man: liberty, equality, fraternity». We are young, let’s take advantage of it and  spread our art on the streets!

Finally I red someone that wrote like it is. NO DESIGN whatsoever!!! Just a show to help to promote a little sister and a song…

  • I also believe that writing very short sentences has become a trend, part of who we are.
Firstly because of Twitter, which allowes you to use no more than 140 idioms, but alos because people have no more time to read long texts.
These may be more reasons why all of the texts on the clothes are short.
