Good morning my loves!
Today I have a great surprise for you, a new recipe for Who’s Hungry?…sooo delicious: “Raspberry Vanilla Cupcakes”.
My super blonde Elizabeth Minnett has created this cupcake just for us, really really really thanks…
Are you ready?

Cupcakes:
8 Tblsp (about 125g) butter, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
2 large egg yolks, at room temperature
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raspberry jam

Who’s Hungry? – Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse

Welcome again to our new Agenda “Who’s Hungry?”! Here I am with an irresistible Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse, always with the help of my personal super blonde food designer and blogger Elizabeth Minett. This chocolate mousse is easy to make, low sugar, and I hope very impressive for all of you! Made with coconut cream instead of dairy, you won’t feel guilty after eating the whole bowl ;)
Ingredients:

2 cans full fat coconut milk, chilled in the fridge
4 Tblsp super fine sugar (caster sugar)
10 Tblsp cocoa powder
2 Tblsp melted dark chocolate (about 50g)
2 tsp coffee extract (or 2 tsp strong espresso)
1 bar of dark chocolate for chocolate shavings on top

Eccomi di nuovo per il nostro appuntamento con “Who’s Hungry?”, la nuovissima rubrica dedicata al food! La ricetta di oggi è un’irresistibile Mousse al Cioccolato, creata come l’ultima volta con l’aiuto della mia super bionda food designer e blogger Elizabeth Minett. Questa piccola prelibatezza è molto semplice da preparare, a basso contenuto di zuccheri e spero molto invitante per tutti voi! Fatta con crema di cocco invece del latte così resta più leggera e non ci sentiremo in colpa dopo aver mangiato tutto il recipiente ;)
Ingredienti:

2 lattine intere di latte di cocco tenute al fresco in frigo
4 cucchiai di zucchero
10 cucchiai di cacao in polvere
2 cucchiaini di estratto di caffè (o 2 di espresso molto forte)
Un po’ di cioccolato fondente a scaglie da mettere sulla parte superiore

Who’s Hungry? – The Blonde Cookies

Here I am sweeties with our new agenda “Who’s Hungry?“…another week, another recipe ready for you ;) This week I collaborated with Elizabeth Minett, a fantastic blogger who loves to mix fashion and food. We made a lemon poppy seed cookie recipe, these lemon poppyseed cookies are light and fluffy and perfect for a summer treat!
Ingredients

For the cookies:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tblsp poppy seeds
8 Tblsp unsalted butter, at room temp.
2/3 cup sugar
1 Tblsp lemon zest (about 2 lemons zested)
1 1/2 Tblsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp almond extract
1 large egg, at room temp.

For the glaze:
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 Tblsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tblsp lemon zest for topping

Dolcezze eccomi di nuovo con la nostra nuova rubrica “Who’s Hungry?“…un’altra settimana, un’altra ricetta ;) Stavolta mi ha aiutato una bravissima blogger che ama mixare moda e cucina, Elizabeth Minett. Abbiamo preparato dei superlativi biscotti al limone e semi di papavero, una ricetta leggera perfetta per l’estate!

Are you ready for a new great recipe for our new agenda “Who’s Hungry?”
Last time we have tried a super fresh smoothie and now…another week, another recipe ;)
Here I go with a smart and quick one, always with Giacomo Addario, young brilliant chef, foodie and globetrotter: Beef tenderloin’s tartare with artichokes and fresh mint salad. Here’s what you need to make it.For the tartare:
1 slice of beef tenderloin
Sundried tomatoes
A handful of capers
A small branch of majoram
1 egg
Sesame’s seeds

For the salad:
1 artichoke
Lemon juice
Fresh mint
olive oil, salt
