  • Do not hesitate have a whirlpool and get to achieve the figure you have always dreamt of.

    When It comes to exercise DO NOT JOIN A GYM thinking you are going to exercise your way to loose weight.

    Increase the incline on the treadmill to 4 for at least 10 minutes of my
    workout, 3, for 10 minutes, and 2 for 10 minutes. Warm up Warming
    up is absolutely necessary step that most of beginners neglect.
