Depends on where you are staying. Try to go to the east of Berlin like Kreuzberg for example. If you like Kebap, than definetly go to this place (http://mustafas.de/). XX

  • Oh, I love Berlin. You can go to Rogaki, a great market where you can eat delicious fresh food, prepared right in your face. There are many vintage stores, you can try the "Made in Berlin" store. And a good idea it would be to use the Holocaust Memorial for an outfit post. Also, there are many little concerts with great music, if you are interested, the music in Berlin ROCK!

I wish you a great time there!

  • If you wanna go shopping: Neue Schönhauser Staße and the area around "Hackescher Markt". And for a drink Kreuzberg is simply amazing 🙂

  • oh that's so nice, your coming to my city! 🙂
berlin is full of wonderful places to see:
for shopping you should visit the area around Hackescher Markt, it's filled with small stores from upcoming designers (also quite a few german).
For vintage clothing you should definitely visit the Garments stores (http://garments-vintage.de/garments.html) either in 'mitte' or 'prenzlauer berg' they are both great, combining real designer pieces next to nicely selected vintage pieces!
To eat there is a million great spots in berlin, but one that it think you might enjoy, since i see you eating hamburgers quite a lot ;), is Room77 in Kreuzberg (http://www.qype.it/place/21545-Room-77-Berlin). it has the best burgers in town!
other than that you can never go wrong in berlin with just wandering around, because there is always a great place just waiting around the corner!
have fun and enjoy the city!

  • I was in Berlin a month ago and I must say it was amazing! For shopping I suggest KaDeWe (that is a MUST!!) which is a department shop – think of it as Berlin's own Harrods (http://www.kadewe.de/en/home_english/content/anfahrt-parken-1/). On the bottom level it has boutiques such as Prada, LV, Hermes or Chanel; the rest of the floors consist of many other designers (on one of the floors it has KokovonKnebel shop which sells really cute and luxurious stuff for dogs). There is also a food section which sells really cool food products (if you want to buy something for home etc.). Then there is the corner shop (http://thecornerberlin.de/contact.html) which sells Celine bags etc. If you will be visiting the Checkpoint Charlie, on the opposite of the museum you will find a small store with inexpensive jewelry (I do not remember the exact name but it was something "girls") – it is really worth it. I bought cute bracelet charms for around 1 euro (it also has really chic statement necklaces).

Hope it helps 🙂 I am also in the process of creating a Berlin guide so you can check it out on my blog:

you defenitely have to go to the hackesche höfe and to the café st. oberholz at the rosenthaler platz! and you'll have to visit the kottbusser tor with its delicious döner kebap at hasir! 🙂
also worth seeing are the many nightclubs!

  • I live in Berlin! I hope I'll get a chance to spot you somewhere!!! Too bad I'll be busy working at the Bread&Butter fashion week during these days.
However, make sure you'll go the Potsdamer Platz! The architecture is amazing over there. To shop I'd suggest you to go the Kurfürsten Damm! At Peek & Cloppenburg is a great new departmant: FASHIONATION! they have some gorgeous pieces! and of course the KaDeWe (Wittenbergplatz). When it comes to food there is a restaurant at Stadtmitte called ChaCha! they offer delicious thai food! Enjoy your stay!! ;D

Soooo, I live in Berlin and I can only say that you are going to love it. So first thing, Berlin has something like Harrods called Kadewe, it is very glamorous and you'll defiantly find something there. Its on the high street called Kufürstendamm, there is everything for everybody like zara or H&M or Prada, Hermes or Chanel. I f your looking for a great restaurant which is in a arabic atmosphere then go to Marooush. A really good sushi restaurant would be Kuchi restaurant or Kabuki(Mr Hai). The next thing is Friedrich str. This is another big street full of shops where you can defiantly make some amazing pictures. In the near there is Gendarmenmarkt which has individual stores and something you won't forget. A good restaurant could be Grill Royal. For beautiful and monumental pictures you should visit Potsdamer platz at night and Brandenburger tor where also the jewich holocaust. Another big thing which is a must in Berlin is to taste the Dönner! It is amazing. Hope this helps a lot

  • The best high end shop is definitely The Corner. Celine, Balenciaga, Isabel Marant, etc… For vintage Made in Berlin is amazing at Hackescher Markt. The best cocktails are at Reingold in Mitte. They are unbelievably amazing My favorite restaurant is Bonne Franquette, a delicious French restaurant or Torstraße is filled with delicious choices. If you want something crazier try White Trash. The food section of the Kadewe is the largest and most mind-blowing in Europe, try and see it!!! Have fun and maybe see you at Fashion Week 😀 <3

  • How cool, I´ll be on the event too. Well, you can't go wrong if you stay in Mitte, there are enough shops you can discover ( around the Hackescher Markt). But the best advice is always, just discover the city, there are so many things. And enjoy it, if you need any help, text me 😉

sorry but the KaDeWe is not that must…. go to quartier 206 at Friedrichstraße and to The Corner at Französische Straße!!! Go to the Friedrichstraße, Kurfürstendamm and Tautzienstraße and take a look at Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, you will see. Maybe you find some secrets when you go trough the city and have your eyes open. Also there are a lot of outlets in berlin. Like the Marc o`Polo outlet at Kaiserdamm. And there is a big designer outlet in the near of berlin. It calls B5. Also for men. But I thonk that the kudamm will be your favourite street, because ther are Labels like Prada, Burberry, Chanel, Bottega Veneta and a lot more. Go there because it is winter sale!!

Hi! I'm gonna tell you for two places I have been during Christmas time 🙂 You should go in KaDeWe, if you haven't been yet! This is a department store and you can find anything there! It's located on Tauentzienstraße, a huge shopping street, near the center of the former west Berlin 🙂 and I think it's the second largest department store in Europe, after Harrods. Because I know you love skyscrapers, I'm gonna tell you there is (on the same street) one of the finest club named Puro Sky Lounge. Hope you will like it and enjoy it! 🙂

    Oranienburger Straße 11
    10178 Berlin, Germany.
It is near the "hackescher markt" where you have a lot of great shopping stores.

They have the most delicious chocolates I've ever tasted! Besides the store is amazing with some replicas of buildings made of chocolate! Ritter Sport is another very good choice! I particulary like their chocolates very much.

  • wow cool, you´re in my city : ) my advices: restaurants: mädchenitaliener (means in english: girls italian restaurant)- very good pasta, f.e. with truffle. grill royal is the in-restaurant for a good schnitzel. stores: lala berlin store in mulackstr.- very nice pret a porter & cashmere-scarfs with prints you will love. oh and its next to mädchenitaliener! departmentstore cabinet at friedrichstr.will be your shopping-heaven in berlin, just as "the corner" its on gendarmenmarkt next to friedrichstr. neue nationalgalerie is a must, to breathe some art. but also dont miss to just walk around in berlin, through mitte, charlottenburg, prenzlauer berg or kreuzberg and definitely along the german wall. oh and bc you like it exclusive, try the shochu bar in the adlon hotel. best fastfood in berlin is in a rock-club named white trash, that is having the best fries and burgers ever plus always cool indie-concerts. but also get a currywurst at konoppke. for clubbing-kater holzig is very "now", the weekend-club is having a nice view over the whole city (plus many italians), and the berghain is the most best electro-club in europe and an own experience. have fun chiara and i hope i will see you in the city!

You should definitely visit Oriental Lounge in Kreuzberg (http://www.qype.com/place/221241-Orient-Lounge-Berlin) and try a boat trip in Tiergarten (in the centre, close to Brandenburger Tor). For shopping, Hackescher Hof (it's really something special) and Rosenthaler Straße (great boutiques).
