Good morning and good start of the week to all of you 🙂 While I’m freezing in New York trying to create some fun and warm outfits (you can follow all my updates in real time on Instagram) my mind goes back to this look shot in Milano just before leaving: River Island skinny jeans and white shirt are some of the basic pieces that can’t be missed in my wardrobe, and that can be worn in hundreds of different combinations.
I tried them this time with wedges, vintage fanny pack and leather jacket, for a rock and chic result. What about it?

  • Enjoy NY … I expect it a little colder than Italy. Come to Australia when it’s too cold we still have 40C … it’s SUMMER!

Love these photos! Also love how easily a great jean/blouse combo can mix with the rest of your wardrobe. Great look and I’m obsessing over your hair like this!

  • I love the outfit!
Especially the combination with the white collar on the shirt and then the black jacket on top. 🙂

Chiara, lovely look, but just a small piece of advice – “What about it?” is not really “Cosa ne pensate?”. Saw you use it quite a bit and people have been criticising your English. So how about a few other options: “What do you think about it?”, “What’s your view on this?”, “What’s your take on this?”…

I couldn’t walk five feet in those shoes without snapping an ankle but the whole look is very cool. Love the soft romantic hair and blouse ( though I’d wear a bra with such a sheer top during the day) with the tough jacket and bright blue jeans. Really love posts where you style the outfit yourself, rather than head-to-toe designer.

Complimentissimi Chiara 🙂
