Venice

Saturday in Venezia

Here are some photos we shot yesterday: after a sweet wake-up I’ve been cuddled in the Hotel Centurion gift room (yes, I’m getting too many sweet treatments) where, after hair and make-up, I chose some new pairs of jeans Don’t Cry Baby (among them the burgundy ones I was wearing in the photos) and other items of the brands in the room :) And in the afternoon I decided to get myself a Prada present: can you imagine what is It?

On the red carpet: Venice 68th film festival

IMG_2440 copia

You’re right, I haven’t anticipated you anything about the red carpet I did yesterday night in Venice for the 68th film festival but believe me, I thought It wasn’t possible to get there on time! We spent all the day outside Venice, at Louis Vuitton shoe atelier at Fiesso D’Artico (but I’m gonna talk you about this in the next posts) and we got back in the city at 6.15 still having to change hotel (from Ca’Pisani to Centurion hotel, where we’re guests of the new jeans brand Don’t Cry Baby), dress to wear and hair and makeup to do before the boat pickup at 8.15.. But yes, at the end we did it thanks to Gianni Gaggio from Screen and Emanuela diGiammarco who did such a great job on me (loved the messy bun so much).

I decided to wear my long Amen dress (this one) with my Yves Saint Laurent Tribtoo shoes and we went to the Lido where, after a touching red carpet, we had the chance to see the movie “Un eté brulant”, french movie from Philippe Garrel with Monica Bellucci and Louis Garrel, that didn’t thrilled me that much.

I hope to receive soon all the official red carpet photos, hope you can enjoy these ones shot with my Nikon (at the hotel) and with my iphone :D

Louis Vuitton Secret Places: day 1

DSC_0754 copia

Yesterday, in Venice, our Louis Vuitton Secret Places experience started, and It made Veronica, Alessandra, the Real Nob guys and me discover some exclusive places of this incredible city. After the travel by train from Milan we were brought by boat to the Louis Vuitton store in Calle Larga de l’Ascension where we had lunch in the beautiful terrace, tried the lovely mini hamburgers (yes, bloggers do get crazy about taking photos at food) and met Matthieu, Louis Vuitton product manager. We also had the chance to customize our address-tag the way we wanted and I opted for LIVE.

The second boat trip brought to a magical place: Biennale di Venezia, where we got to know one of the biggest modern artists, Fabrizio Plessi, or, as he talks about himself, the digital aborigine. We discovered with him his latest work, “Mari Verticali”, at the Biennale which enchanted me almost as much as its life talks did (you have to see the last video and you’ll discover why).

The last secret place of the afternoon was Fabrizio Plessi’s studio: I had never seen so many ideas, projects and life of the same person in the same place before, incredible.

I’m gonna talk you about the night we had with Viola in the next post, also because today Louis Vuitton experience continues and I think It’s time for me to get up, have a shower, dress-up and live this day at its best. Have a good Friday people!
