Yesterday I attended the Chanel show and from the morning I was so excited to discover in which magic trip the brand would take us. This time Karl Lagerfeld took us in a “Journey to the center of the earth” in the very Jules Verne style and so for the occasion the catwalk inside the Grand Palais was decorated by huge amethyst crystals and grey sand. The colors were all stolen from the earth: black, grey and silver they runned the show. The models walked the stage on crystals heels, they wore shiny jackets, clothes embroidered with gemstones and even their eyebrows were covered by precious crystals.

La prima sfilata di ieri è stata Chanel: sin dalla mattina ero davvero curiosa di scoprire in quale magico viaggio il marchio mi avrebbe portata. Questa volta Karl Lagerfeld ci ha condotto in un “Viaggio al centro della terra” nel vero stile di Jules Verne ed è per questa occasione che la passerella dentro il Grand Palais è stata decorata da grandi cristalli d’ametista e sabbia grigia. I colori sono tutti stati rubati dalla terra: nero, grigio e argentato hanno guidato lo show. Le modelle hanno sfilato su tacchi di cristallo, indossando giacche brillanti, vestiti ricamati con pietre preziose e persino le loro sopracciglia erano ricoperte da cristalli 🙂
