The “saga” is finally complete: 4 different short movies, made by different artists and directors, located in 4 different cities which are not only backgrounds of the stories but they mean something different each time.
What do these places have in common? A great actress, Marion Cotillard, main character of all the short movies, and the Lady Dior bag, in the different black, red, blue and grey colours.
The first short movie is by Olivier Dahan and made in Paris, the second one is filmed in New York and it’s made by Jonas Akerlund, the third one is David Lynch’s work.
The fourth and last chapter is by John Cameron Mitchell, and it’s the movie that I had the chance to see as a world preview in my London days for Dior at the end of November, available on the web from today.

La “saga” è finalmente completa: quattro cortometraggi, opera di differenti registi ed artisti, ambientati in quattro città che acquisiscono un significato ogni volta diverso, invece di rimanere semplici sfondi per il racconto. Cosa accomuna quindi queste quattro tappe? Una grande attrice, Marion Cotillard, protagonista di tutti i cortometraggi, e la borsa Lady Dior, nelle sue varianti nera, rossa, blu e grigia
Il primo filmato ambientato a Parigi è opera di Olivier Dahan, il secondo cortometraggio filmato a New York è di Jonas Akerlund, il terzo capitolo è invece di David Lynch.
Il quarto ed ultimo capitolo è di John Cameron Mitchell, ed è proprio il filmato che ho avuto l’onore di vedere in anteprima mondiale nei miei giorni a Londra per Dior a fine novembre, disponibile sul web proprio da oggi.
