The times when fashion\u2019s purpose was to simply make people look good are over. Art for art? Nice, but from now on you will need to go to a museum to enjoy this philosophy. Because in the streets of the fashion capitals, fashionistas are spreading a whole new fashion attitude: they go political. Sure, style is still important when it comes to choose our outfit, but it\u2019s the message we set down with it that more and more becomes the determining factor.<\/p>\n

This season, the kick-off to wearing explicit political messages goes back to Dior\u2019s Spring Summer 2017 show, where Maria Grazia Chiuri was enthusiastically clapped for her WE SHOULD ALL BE FEMINISTS- statement Tee. The quote that Dior took from the writer Chimanda Ngozi Adichie became the most instagrammed look of the previous Paris fashion week and apparently got the ball rolling in the fashion world.<\/p>\n
