The<strong> exercises<\/strong> to do consistently are <strong>4<\/strong> and simple:<\/p>\n<p><strong>PUSH-UPS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A push-up is a<strong> free body<\/strong> exercise that involves all the muscles, the position to be adopted is the <strong>plank<\/strong> position: body in a prone position (belly down), arms stretched with the hands resting on the ground and feet together resting on the forefoot. Let&#8217;s move on to the execution: slowly push the body down with the arms and elbows that are close to the hips (the elbows are facing backward). Once you are on the ground, push your body upwards levering on the wrists and on the lower part of the palms of your hands, until completing the repetitions. Don Saladino recommends <strong>3-5 sets<\/strong> of <strong>5-10 reps<\/strong> depending on the strength level.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LUNGES:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They are the best exercise to train legs and <strong>buttocks<\/strong>. Execution: take a step forward with your right foot and concentrate on the left leg, you will have to bend it down to form a right angle. Stop a few centimeters before touching the floor with your knee, your right leg will flex accordingly. Again <strong>3-5 sets<\/strong> of<strong> 5-10 reps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CARDIO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cardio at home is not impossible! If you have a garden or terrace, take <strong>10-15 shutters<\/strong>\u00a0with a minute of rest between each one; otherwise, if you have a <strong>rope<\/strong>, skip it with joined and alternate feet for<strong> 30 minutes<\/strong> giving yourself three breaks of 3 minutes every ten minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LATERAL BOUND:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The lateral bound are<strong> jumps<\/strong> made laterally alternating left leg and right leg. Execution: a large lateral step is performed making sure that the knee does not absolutely exceed the tip of the foot, while performing the step, make a jump, being careful to sink, involving the <strong>buttocks<\/strong>, to form a right angle.
