Once again this year, the Met Gala<\/strong> confirmed itself as one of the most interesting beauty and make-up moments of the year. Many guests decided to pay homage to the life and work of the visionary and iconic designer Karl Lagerfeld. Among all, the most memorable look of the evening was that of Doja Cat, who showed up as Choupette, Karl’s cat. Equipped with prosthetics that gave her the appearance of a cat and makeup with a feline vibe, Doja charmed everyone. She was not the only one, however: other celebrities paid homage to Lagerfeld’s pet, including Jared Leto and Lil Nas X. Leto, beneath his look (much like a sports mascot), sported an incredible smokey eyes worthy of a true beauty expert.<\/p>\n

Other leading ladies of the evening experimented with new shades of lipstick and eye shadow, creating bold and sophisticated looks. Suki Waterhouse made colored eye make-up a real trend, as did Naomi Campbell, wrapped in a stunning archival Chanel gown.<\/p>\n

As for hairstyles, the Met Gala 2023 saw a return to old Hollywood, with many celebrities opting for the beloved soft, voluminous waves. Others, however, opted for sleek hairstyles like Vanessa Hudgens’, sometimes embellished with details like the iconic Jennifer Lopez’s cap.<\/p>\n
