Milan fashion week has just started and we’re super curious about all the new fall-winter 2018-2019 collections we’re going to see on the runways. Milano Moda Donna‘s numbers are big: 64 catwalk shows, 92 presentations and a bunch of events you really can’t miss.

Exhibitions – There are many exhibition you can see during Milan fashion week. Tonight it’s time for the opening of ITALIANA. L’Italia vista dalla moda 1971-2001, curated by Maria Luisa Frisa and Stefano Tonchi, that can be seen at Palazzo Reale until May 6th. You shouldn’t miss Triennale’s Rick Owens Subhuman Inhuman Superhuman and Mudec’s Frida Kahlo.

Versace turns 40 – The Medusa is ready to celebrate this important anniversary. After the gorgeous fashion moment with all the super models of the Nineties last september, what should we expect from Donatella Versace? You should also know that this anniversary collection will be shown at Palazzo Reale’s Sala delle Cariatidi.


Anna Dell Russo’s wardrobe auction – The italian fashion icon decided to sell off many of her beautiful clothes on auction by Christie’s. 30 outfits will be sold during an event on saturday 24th, while Net-a-porter will put online a special capsule collection of her vintage pieces. Profits from the auction will be donated to Swarovski Foundation Scholarship Program and British Fashion Council Education Foundation.

Tommy Hilfiger’s show – After Los Angeles, London and New York, it’s time for TommyNow to fly to Milan. On sunday 25th we’re going to see also see now-buy now pieces from the TommyxGigi collection, designer by top model Gigi Hadid.

Party, pop up stores and presentations – Everybody is looking for GCDS “The house of GCDS” tomorrow night party and waiting to see the first Attico pop up store inside Larusmiani flagship in via Montenapoleone. On saturday, don’t miss Chiara Ferragni Collection‘s presentation “We are stardust”.
