If only we took some time to take care of ourselves, we would realize that it doesn’t take much to treat yourselves a little. Going to the hairdressers or to the beautician are only some of the things you can do to feel better, although the ideal choice would be going to a spa or to a wellness center. If you feel stressed out, or you just need an energy boost, spas are the quickest and most effective way to get it. Thanks to their therapeutic waters, saunas and Turkish baths that help you eliminate toxins from your body, you will feel recharged almost immediately. We at TBS just spent a wonderful day in one of Europe’s most famous and renowned baths, the Gellert Baths in Budapest, where we got a chance to try thermal water pools, in an atmosphere that looked like it was straight out of an Ees Anderson movie, thanks to the early 20th century Art Deco surroundings. And since we are nice 😉 we decided to share some good advice about the coolest public baths in the world, according to TBS! 3, 2, 1: disconnect from the internet. It’s time for self-care!
