A hundred years ago, on August 29th, Ingrid Bergman was born. A charismatic and modern woman and sweet mom. The actress, undisputed muse of Roberto Rossellini, worked with some of the greatest directors of the time, winning 3 Academy Awards, 4 Golden Globes and 2 David di Donatello among many other nominations and recognitions. Her grace and charm still enchant us, and not just us: in occasion of the 100th anniversary of her birthday the NY MOMA dedicates to her the retrospective “Ingrid Bergman, a Centennial Celebration” that celebrated the 50 years of film career of the diva and will be open until September 10th.
