The trends for Fall Winter 2022 speak for themselves: animal prints once again prove to be a must-have, even in the coldest season of the year. Whether it is leopard print, zebra print, python print or a delightful mashup matters little.
This trend, often interpreted in the smallest details, will have – for the winter season – an extra gear, in fact on the catwalk we have seen real total looks. From Etro to Sacai, passing through Roberto Cavalli, the sensuality and attitude of one of the most famous prints of all time, the use of which can be traced back to a personal need, not just for the exhibition of the self.
The Italian designer Roberto Cavalli (1940), founder of the eponymous maison, is considered in the collective imagination to be one of the main symbols of animalier, he who has always made exotic fantasies and audacity a trademark. Today, his tale of freedom and seduction features designer Fausto Puglisi, who between history, tradition and the interesting exploration of new worlds, has returned to make one of the most successful Italian brands roar.
