A trip to the Ville Lumière is always a great idea, especially during Fashion Week. It’s one of our favorite destinations and we know all of its s its attractions and the thousands of possibilities it offers. Are you ready for this little beauty guide of Paris?
Relax. Let’s start with the basics: a place to stay! The first place on our list is the Park Hyatt, a dream location that, besides the SPA offers a Suite (# 601) dedicated to nails in collaboration with Kure Bazaar, Parisian brand of natural polishes. It’s simply the perfect place for a French manicure! Another address we strongly recommend is Royal Monceau, hosting the special My Blend SPA by Clarins. Dedicated to the holistic cure of the body, this heavenly oasis where every treatment is tailor made,\ will give you hours of unforgettable rest, in a luxurious and total white environment. The third mark on the map signals the Ambassade de la Beauté Biologique Recherche, the temple of skincare. Based on a global approach to beauty, the Biologique Recherche system is world famous (and beloved by celebrities) because it guarantees immediate results with every treatment. Leaving this place, don’t forget to bring the exclusive products of the Ambassade with you; they are a must-have for all skincare enthusiasts!
Shopping. Talking about shopping, let’s move our Parisian tour to an address dedicated to the perfume lovers. IT’s the Nose boutique, where you’ll be able to buy the fragrance of your life. We’re serious: the store consultants are real experts and there you’ll be able to smell notes you never tried before. If you prefer makeup, instead, we suggest a tour of Galeries Lafayette. The traditional department store, sure, but believe us when we say that the view of the cupole from the maquillage section is something priceless. For a good mix of beauté products, the to-go address is Colette’s Beauty Box. As usual, the store selection is incomparable; you’ll find anything, from the classic cults to the trendiest news.
Culture. Last but not least some history and culture, but always about beauty! Not to be missed; the Nouveau Musée du Parfum Fragonard and the Cour des Senteurs in Versailles are all about perfumes. Both will lead you into places that will engage you in an almost magical atmosphere in search of the history of these fragrances. The third address is completely different: at number 68 of Champs Elysées there’s in fact Maison Guerlain, the exclusive boutique that cherishes a heritage gallery and several spaces dedicated to the research of the brand’s history and philosophy.
