Last Monday I was invited to a cocktail party in the new showroom of Philipp Plein. Can you imagine my happiness when I was told I could choose a complete outfit to wear for the party and that I could keep? It was love at first sight with the pink heels, that I matched to this long dress (with skulls of course) to give the outfit a little bit of colour.I also chose the best leather jacket that I have to show you as soon as possible. Once at the party I was able to have a look at the new spring/summer 2011 collection: studs, swarovski, strange patterns and skulls make the clothes unique. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to take photos to the woman collection because it was just a preview before the September fashion show, but I could shoot at the man’s collection. At the party I also met Philipp Plein, a true genius. And on my way back home I was stopped by one of my sweetest readers, Marilù 🙂 What a lovely night.
Lunedi scorso sono stata invitata ad un delizioso aperitivo nel nuovo showroom di Philipp Plein. Riuscite ad immaginare la mia felicità quando mi è stato detto che avrei potuto scegliere un outfit completo da indossare per la festa e che mi sarei potuta tenere? E’stato amore a prima vista con queste scarpe fucsia che ho deciso di abbinare all’abito lungo (rigorosamente con teschi) per dare un pò di colore alla mise. Ho scelto poi anche una splendida giacca di pelle che vi devo mostrare prima possibile. Una volta alla festa ho potuto ammirare la nuova collezione femminile per l’estate 2011 che è qualcosa di straordinario: borchie, swarovski, teschi e stampe rendono gli abiti unici nel loro genere. Purtroppo non mi è stato concesso fare fotografie alla collezione femminile perchè trattasi di un’anteprima della sfilata di settembre, mentre ho potuto scattare foto ai pezzi della collezione maschile. Alla festa ho anche conosciuto Philipp Plein in persona, un vero genio. E sulla strada del ritorno sono stata fermata da una mia lettrice dolcissima, Marilù. Bella serata 🙂
