On Tuesday morning in Paris, at the entrance of Grand Palais for Chanel fashionshow, I was excited as always and I didn’t have any ideas about how Karl would have managed to surprise us once again. Then, we got inside: we found a giant windpower station, with the catwalk created by solar panels. It was a wonderful collection: transparencies on accessories, a different silhouette for the dresses, new volumes on the sleeves and maxi pearls at the neck and wrist. A mention of honour to the hula hoop bag 🙂
If Karl wanted to share his search for the lightness I managed to succeed: the dresses were floating in a moment out of the time.
I was wearing a lace dress, Chanel bag and the only purchase I made in Paris, Louboutin pigalle nude heels.
Martedi mattina a Parigi, all’entrata al Grand Palais per la sfilata di Chanel, ero emozionata come sempre e non avevo idea di come Karl ci avrebbe stupiti anche questa volta. Poi la svolta: un impianto eolico, con tanto di pale eoliche che giravano e passerella creata da finti pannelli fotovoltaici. Splendida anche la collezione: trasparenze sugli accessori, una diversa silhouette per gli abiti, nuovi volumi delle maniche e maxi perle al collo ed al polso. Menzione d’onore alla borsa hula hoop 🙂
Se Karl con questa collezione voleva trasmetterci la sua ricerca per la leggerezza c’è sicuramente riuscito: gli abiti sembravano fluttuare in un momento fuori dal tempo.
Indossavo un abito di pizzo, borsa Chanel e l’unico nuovo acquisto di Parigi, le Louboutin pigalle in versione nude.
