The fact that beauty is in the details, is not news to the french brand Louis Vuitton, that again this Spring/Summer didn’t disappoint its affectionate with a masterful four bullets: the new Lipstick Case.
In a few months it has already become the ultimate obsession of all the IT-Girls, who fill the Instagram feed with super cool snapshots where the protagonist is this unique gem. But what is it? The Lipstick Case is the latest addition to the Vuitton home and is an elegant cover inspired to the 20’s makeup bags.
Its shape combines the brand’s history with some typical Art déco lines that take us back in time: the monogram pattern, irreplaceable element to the maison, links it to its most famous IT-Bags in particular the historical trunks, whereas the golden chain gives it a dual use. Thanks to the two clips it can be, indeed, used both as a bag’s locket or a necklace in order to always have our fav logo lipstick at our fingertips. What do you think about it?
