How did I spend last Saturday, my first day of New York Mercedes-Benz fashionweek, also this time as a guest of Fashiolista?
Come ho passato il sabato appena passato, mio primo giorno di Mercedes-Benz fashionweek di New York, ospitata anche questa volta da Fashiolista?
Fashionshows started for me with a front-row seat at Christian Siriano, whose catwalk fascinated me: long skirts and lovely dresses with transparencies and stange mix of colours were the must of the show, and I couldn’t help but thinking about those looks on me.
Le sfilate sono iniziate per me con un posto in prima fila da Christian Siriano, il cui fashion show mi ha appassionata: lunghissime gonne e vestitini morbidi con giochi di trasparenze e di abbinamenti di colori sono stati il must della passerella, e io non potevo fare a meno di immaginarmi in look simili.

After the fashionshow Angie and I decided to go for a long coffe/tea break
Dopo la sfilata io e Angie ci siamo concessi una lunga pausa caffè/the
We then ran to the party for the opening of the new Milly store, at 900 Madison Avenue, where we also had the chance to meet the lovely designer of the brand, Michelle Smith, and to get our eyes on the new collection. I got myself one of my favourite coats of the season, that I’ll show you soon 🙂
Siamo poi corsi al party per l’apertura del nuovo negozio di Milly, al 900 di Madison Avenue, dove abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di conoscere la dolcissima stilista del brand, Michelle Smith, oltre a rifarci gli occhi sulla nuova collezione. Mi sono portata a casa uno dei miei cappotti preferiti della stagione, che vi mostrerò presto 🙂
The last fashionshow was Venexiana whose dresses, even If they were not similar to my personal taste, were made of materials I love, like sequins and silk
L’ultima sfilata del giorno è stata Venexiana in cui i capi, nonostante non abbiano incontrato particolarmente il mio gusto personale, ruotavano attorno ad elementi a me cari, come le paillettes e i tubini.
