Photos of the last two days spent in San Francisco, last stop of our coast to coast: the whole trip was almost a month long, and It gave me emotions which are hard to tell and precious to keep. Being for 28 days with some of your closest friends in a road trip with new places, new people and new adventures everyday is challenging, a lot of fun and… Simply amazing, I couldn’t say it in any other way.
Even If I have the luck to be able to travel a lot for business this experience was different: I look at these photos, I listen to the songs we used to listen on repeat in the hours spent driving, I think about the funniest moments and It’s so bittersweet. In a positive way, as you’re looking at a happy ending of a movie: my eyes are watery but my smile couldn’t be any brighter.
Thanks roadtrip friends for one of the best months I’ve ever experienced: Coast to Coast was one of my dreams and having you with me was marvellous.

Foto dei due giorni passati a San Francisco, ultima tappa del nostro coast to coast : il viaggio è durato quasi un mese, ed è riuscito a regalarmi emozioni difficili da raccontare e preziose da conservare. Trovarsi per 28 giorni insieme ad alcuni dei tuoi migliori amici in un viaggio on the road con nuove tappe, nuove persone da incontrare e nuovi luoghi da scoprire quotidianamente è stimolante, divertente e… Semplicemente fantastico, non saprei trovare aggettivo più adatto.
Anche se ho la fortuna di poter viaggiare molto spesso per lavoro questa esperienza è stata diversa: riguardo queste foto, ascolto le canzoni che mettevamo in repeat nelle ore ed ore di macchina, penso alle figuracce fatte ed alle risate infinite ed arriva subito la malinconia. Una di quelle malinconie positive, come quando guardi il finale a lieto fine di un film: ho gli occhi lucidi ma un sorriso a trentadue quarantadue denti.
Grazie compagni di viaggio per uno dei mesi più belli mai passati: il Coast to Coast era uno dei miei sogni ed è stato meraviglioso realizzarlo insieme a voi.
