Day 5: Niagara falls - The Blonde Salad

During our 5th day of the roadtrip we drove from Syracuse to Niagara Falls, then driving to Cleveland where we stopped sleeping for the night. I had never been to Niagara falls before and, useless to say, I was so fascinated by this show (If you happen to go there you have to ride the “Maid Of The Mist”, the traditional boat from which you can see the falls from such a different point of view).
You realize you have “fashion blogger blood” when, without thinking about it, you find out you wore Werelse wave tshirt at Niagara Falls, good matching!
So, about our coast to coast.. On Wednesday night we arrived to Chicago (you still have to see the photos of the fastest rollercoasters in the world we tried before arriving here): since Richi and I spent almost 2 months in this city in 2009 (The Blonde Salad was practically born here) I feel a bit at home.
Today also Lollapalooza, the east coast Coachella, starts, and I can’t wait to share this experience with you guys!

Il nostro quinto giorno abbiamo guidato da Syracuse alle Niagara Falls, proseguendo poi fino a Cleveland dove ci siamo fermati a dormire. Non ero mai stata alle cascate del Niagara e, inutile dirlo, sono rimasta affascinata da questo spettacolo (se ci andate non potete non provare il “Maid Of The Mist”, lo storico battello con cui potete vedere le Niagara falls da una prospettiva completamente diversa, impagabile).
Ti accorgi di avere il “sangue da fashion blogger” quando, senza pensarci, ti rendi conto di aver indossato la tshirt di Werelse con le onde proprio alle Niagara Falls, che tempismo!
Quindi, parlandovi del nostro coast to coast… Mercoledi sera sera siamo arrivati a Chicago (dovete ancora vedere le foto delle montagne russe più veloci al mondo che abbiamo provato prima di arrivare qui): avendo passato quasi due mesi della mia vita in questa città nel 2009 insieme a Richi (praticamente The Blonde Salad è nato qui) mi sento un po’ a casa. Da oggi inizia anche il Lollapalooza, praticamente il Coachella dell’East coast, non vedo l’ora di condividere con voi la mia esperienza a questo grandioso festival!
