Girls hold on tight! Finally the countdown begins for the “We Own The Night”, the first 10km signed by Nike exclusively dedicated to women. Not just a run but a fabulous evening full of sports and music. We will be waiting for all of you at 20pm in Largo Cairoli where will set up a beauty corner, thanks to which you can give a personal touch to your look before departure and take a photo-boot to bring home as a memory of an unforgettable evening;) We will run through some of the great symbols of the city: from Sempione Park, Civic Arena, crossing C.so Como, Piazza Gae Aulenti to get to the underpass of the Gabelle and then return to the Castello Sforzesco. As a background you will find amazing play of lights and projections preparing for your arrival when you will find the hot Italian voice of Nina Zilli.
As I already told you, it is not a competitive race and anyone can participate, stopping even before the 10km to enjoy the show. How to participate and run with me? It is really simple: just connect to the site We Own The Night” Milan, select your target for the race and start training … registrations are open until May 31,” Ready, Steady, Go … WE OWN THE NIGHT Milan !
Ragazze tenetevi forte! Finalmente inizia il conto alla rovescia per la “We Own The Night”, la prima 10km unicamente firmata Nike e dedicata esclusivamente al mondo femminile. Non una semplice run ma una favolosa serata all’insegna dello sport e della musica. Vi aspetto alle 20.00 in Largo Cairoli dove sarà allestito un beauty corner grazie al quale potrete dare un tocco personale al vostro look prima della partenza ed un photo-boot per portarsi a casa il ricordo di una serata indimenticabile 😉 Correremo attraverso alcuni luoghi simbolo della città: da parco Sempione all’Arena Civica, attraversando C.so Como, Piazza Gae Aulenti per arrivare al Sottopassaggio delle Gabelle per poi ritornare al Castello Sforzesco. Sullo sfondo incredibili giochi di luce e proiezioni per prepararvi all’arrivo quando troverete la caldissima voce italiana di Nina Zilli.
Come già vi avevo anticipato, non è una corsa competitiva e chiunque può partecipare, fermandosi anche prima dei 10km per godersi lo spettacolo. Come partecipare e correre insieme a me? E’semplicissimo: basta collegarsi al sito “We Own The Night” Milano, selezionare il proprio obiettivo per la corsa e iniziare ad allenarsi…le iscrizioni sono aperte fino al 31 maggio! “Ready, Steady, Go… WE OWN THE NIGHT Milano!!
Obviously my workouts continue with the help of the precious personal trainer Sayonara and thanks to the advice of the app only “NTC – Nike training Club”, dedicated to any kind of training and to the world of fitness … Then do as I do, unload and get ready to race with me for a fabulous experience! I’ll be waiting for you in a few days 🙂
PS. If you really want to be an integral part of The Blonde Salad during the race, subscribe, you will receive a kit with a shirt which you can then customize by going May 28 at the nike store in the Central Station. Just go there, pick up your T-shirt and customize it with the wording you prefer, why not, with #tbscrew, isn’t it a great idea?
Ovviamente i miei allenamenti continuano grazie all’aiuto della preziosissima personal trainer Sayonara e grazie agli unici consigli dell’app “NTC – Nike training Club”, dedicata ad ogni tipo di allentamento ed al mondo del fitness… Allora fate come me, scaricatela e preparatevi per correre insieme a me e divertirci alla grandissima! Vi aspetto lì fra pochi giorni, mi raccomando 🙂

Se volete essere davvero parte integrante di The Blonde Salad durante la corsa, iscrivetevi, riceverete un kit con una maglia che poi potrete personalizzare recandovi il 28 maggio presso il nike Store di Stazione Centrale. Basta recarsi lì, ritirare la propria maglia e personalizzarla con la scritta che si preferisce, perché no con #tbscrew…non vi sembra un’ottima idea?
