Here is our trip to the second day of salone del mobile driving MINI Ray Line, around exhibitions and events looking for colours!
Our first stop wasto Planeta Edriel space where my attention was captured by the cozy suspended armchair and the neon chair.
After getting a coffeet at Nespresso we went to give a look to the new Pantone colorful appliances: the total white kitchen combined with the blue cookers or the red oven gives a really strong and nice impact.
The last stage of the day was the Corian Color Evolution exhibition where pieces designed by four different designers were made with the new Corian Color gradations.
We then had lunch with Bottega Veneta team and the other international bloggers who came to Milan to take part of the project (but you’ll discover more tomorrow).
For the day I chose a casual and comfortable look with the beloved/hated Isabel Marant sneakers and Celine maxi Phantom Bag; I “recycled” some of the items for the second outfit, changing shoes, scarf and coat (I know it probably doesn’t look so glamorous, but without the time to run home MINI also becomes a closet/changing room)
The first event I took part at night was Louis Vuitton cocktail, in which “Maroquinaris Zoologicae”, an exhibition created by Billie Achilleos was for the first time presented in Milan (saw it for the first time last October in Paris) We then stopped at Moschino, before realizing I was too tired and I was having a bit too much of flu to continue partying all night long.. I’m not a young girl anymore ahahha 🙂

Ecco il percorso del nostro secondo giorno di salone del mobile a bordo di MINI Ray Line, in giro per i vari eventi ed installazioni alla ricerca dei colori!
Come primo tappa siamo stati allo spazio Planeta Edriel dove la mia attenzione è stata catturata dall’accogliente poltrona sospesa e dalle sedute al neon.
Dopo un caffè alla Nespresso siamo andati a dare un’occhiata ai nuovi elettrodomestici colorati Pantone: il total white della cucina combinato ai fornelli blu o al forno rosso dava davvero un impatto forte e piacevole. L’ultima tappa della mattinata è stata l’esposizione Corian Color Evolution, dove pezzi disegnati da 4 differenti designers sono stati realizzati nella nuova palette di colori Corian.
Abbiamo poi pranzato insieme al team di Bottega Veneta e con gli altri blogger internazionali che sono venuti a Milano per partecipare al progetto del brand (ma vedrete tutto domani).
Per la giornata ho scelto un look comodo e casual con le amate/odiate sneakers Isabel Marant e la maxi Celine Phantom Bag, di cui ho “riciclato” i pezzi principali anche per gli eventi in orario aperitivo/sera, cambiando scarpe, sciarpa e cappottino (so che probabilmente cambiarsi in macchina non è il massimo del glamorous, ma in assenza di tempo per tornare a casa la MINI diventa anche una cabina armadio/camerino)
Il primo evento a cui ho partecipato di sera sono stati il cocktail di Louis Vuitton, in cui è stato presentato per la prima volta a Milano il “Maroquinaris Zoologicae”, con le opere di Billie Achilleos che avevo visto lo scorso Settembre a Parigi da Deyrolle. Abbiamo fatto una breve tappa anche da Moschino, prima di accorgermi di essere troppo stanca ed influenzata per andare avanti con gli eventi fino a notte inoltrata… Non sono più la giovincella di una volta 🙂
