Since I moved to Los Angeles one of the things I miss the most is someone to train with. Silver Lake, my neighborhood, is the perfect place to go for a run or a walk perhaps with Matilda (did you noticed that she is here with me now?). The Nike N+TC app motivates me to get the best workout that makes me feel great.
My favorite spot to workout? My backyard, of course! I love it and I like to spend there the most time possible.
