Designer to know: Magda Butrym

Magdalena Butym, a young designer of Polish descent, created her Magda Butym brand in 2014, and it quickly became one of the most interesting brands right now. The designer says that when she draws her clothes, she also always considers how these could be matched to jeans, or easy shoes like sneakers, because she would like to see people wear her products on the street, and not just for special occasions.

Her collections are characterized by a feminine and masculine spirit, with youthful, oversize silhouettes, with a contemporary, romantic result. Irregular cuts and precious, high-quality textiles are at the basis of her philosophy, Made in Poland.

Since her red sweatshirt with volants appeared on Instagram, the fashion world is crazy about her, and so are we! Her clothes are the perfect blend of cool and feminine, and they are made to be worn every day, even though some materials she uses can be very eye-catching. Any examples of that? Her silver sequin top, to be worn with a pair of jeans and sneakers!
