Rihanna launches her luxury clothing line with LVMH: Fenty

Rihanna turned out to be an unstoppable entrepreneur, and after the boom of Fenty Beauty and the Savage X Fenty lingerie line, Riri ventures into the world of high fashion founding her first ready-to-wear brand: Fenty.

An event that has shaken the fashion world not only because of the desire to discover what she will have in store for her first collection, but above all because the brand was acquired by LVMH, a French multinational of which are part maisons such as Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fendi and Givenchy, and which has invested 30 million dollars in the project.

Rihanna’s style has become unmistakable, with a perfect mix of haute couture and street style, and her approach to clothing is in the name of self-love and individual expression.

The Barbados singer will be the muse and inspiration behind Fenty‘s clothes, shoes and accessories. There will be no limits regarding imagination and creativity: our bad girl will be free to experiment with shapes, colors and materials.

Her first collection will officially debut on May 22nd in Paris, and the hype only keeps growing. That of Rihanna is a really important milestone, in fact she is the first black woman to lead a LVMH brand, and Fenty is the first maison launched by the group for 30 years since when Christian Lacroix was presented in 1987.
