You don’t have to just taste it by eating in restaurants, though! Local markets are the places you should visit, if you want to get some actual knowledge about local delicacies: you will find better food in some local markets than in some Michelin-starred restaurants!
Luckily there are tons of local markets everywhere in the world: some of them mostly sell produce, others focus on spices, and others are just so packed with beautiful colors that they’ll make a stroll totally worth it — even if you end up buying nothing at all!
