INFLUENCER 2.0: ALL THE READY-TO-WEAR BRANDS CREATED BY SOCIAL CELEBS

In a short time, social media turned into the new fashion showcase, outclassing catwalks and streetstyle. The looks posted by influencers reach millions of likes, and what they wear triggers a planetary treasure hunt between rows outside Supreme stores and chases on the beach to grab the latest shell necklace. All this reaches cosmic proportions when, in addition to posting outfits, they create them by launching their signature brands. From Chiara Ferragni Collection to Song of Style, the influencers are turning into fashion entrepreneurs.

CHIARA FERRAGNI COLLECTION ENTERS THE ITALIAN TOP BRANDS WITH A WINK AND A SHOWER OF GLITTER

A wink and a shower of glitter enclose Chiara‘s style: irony, need for fun and a fresh and lively approach to fashion. An urban chic wardrobe with baby pink hoodie, denim bomber jacket with large stones embroidered logo, the unmissable phone case and a practical backpack with beaded decorations: it’s the look of the city girl who travels for work, who returns home and leaves for a weekend in Ibiza. A reality that grows more and more and that today has become one of the most appreciated Italian brands at international level.

SONG OF STYLE IS THE BOHEMIEN AND PRINTED MELODY OF AIMEE SONG FOR REVOLVE BETWEEN MINI DRESSES AND FRUIT PRINTS

Aimee Song aka Song of Style has become the prototype of the influencer, with a jet-set life perpetually traveling between direct unboxing of Christian Dior and cocoa and coconut raw balls video recipes. After having published two books on how to break into Instagram, Aimee threw herself into the world of ready-to-wear with the support of the e-commerce platform Revolve, creating an in-house line inspired by her looks. Midi dresses in white lace are paired with palazzo pants with fruit print and a citrus motif of lemon and orange. A summer allure, with complete co-ord that incorporate the cut of the little black Chanel jacket and a palette of pastel colours, a passe-partout of femininity and summer.

CHRISELLE LIM PROPOSES A MINIMAL-CHIC, SUPER FEMININE AND RETRO TASTE BRAND BETWEEN POIS AND NUDE COLORS

With The Chriselle Factor, Chriselle Lim has created a real how-to format to survive the day with a porcelain skin and an easy-chic style. Wife, mother of two little girls and entrepreneur, Chriselle has recently launched her brand Chriselle Lim Collection, a line that focuses on an ideal of lightness. Audrey Hepburn‘s inspiration can be seen in polka dot dresses, delicate fabrics and soft colors ranging from white to robin’s egg blue. They are clothes designed for the mother who has to dress in five minutes, who opens the wardrobe and needs to wear the first thing that happens: it is dressing without looking that focuses on shrewd and on point shopping.

WE WORE WHAT BY DANIELLE BERNSTEIN BECAME A BRAND OF LUXURY SWIMWEAR AND READY-TO-WEAR

Danielle Bernstein opened We Wore What about 10 years ago, becoming one of the most loved and followed social media it-girls. Instead of focusing on prêt-à-porter, Danielle has chosen to launch herself into a line of luxury swimwear that plays on detail. Belts with maxi-metal buckles, animal print and earth tones from brick-coloured to sand: costumes that have the same fit as a dress, full of glam details that make them perfect to be worn even on shorts on hot days. Starting from August 2019, the brand will expand with collections dedicated to ready-to-wear.

In every post, the beautiful Emrata shows super sexy crop tops and bikinis that highlight her statuesque body and curves on the right point. Feeling beautiful is easy when you are in her skin, but her intent was to make women understand that the secret of beauty is not in the size or tone of the inner thigh: feeling good about yourself is the secret to feeling good also outside. Sensual costumes, monochrome twin-set suits with crop tops and soft fabric pencil skirt, neutral colours like navy blue or terracotta are just some of Inamorata‘s strong points: the true value of the brand is in the selection of sizes, perfect for each physicality. Must-haves are also the swimwear and the lingerie selection.

ALEXA CHUNG BRINGS THE BRITISH STYLE IN HER SIGNATURE BRAND WALKING THE CATWALK DURING THE LONDON FASHION WEEK

Finally, it could not be missed the it-girl par excellence: Alexa Chung. Perfectly British allure, always elegant and with that bit of formality to which she cannot give up, and a fantastic mix of vintage clothes and previews of new collections: this is the key to her success. With ALEXACHUNG, the London catwalks are filled with sleeves with puffs of light fabric, flat shoes and Seventies trousers. There is the trench coat, the blazer, the college moccasin. Wearing her clothes is like being in London: you want to slip into a tea room and order an earl grey with a tray of scones: the outfit would be perfect.
