The Tessabit spaces inside Villa D’Este are the backdrop to the first and unedited Louis Vuitton pop-up store on Lake Como. In an exceptional setting, an icon of Italian artistic heritage, Louis Vuitton chooses to show off its collections, inaugurating the summer season overlooking a breathtaking view that is one of a kind.
The must-have collections of the season by Nicolas Ghesquière, the masculine lines by Virgil Abloh, the shoes, the fragrances and the accessories that are combined with unique pieces, expression of the highest craftsmanship of the Maison, are the protagonists of the Louis Vuitton pop-up in Como. such as the high-end collections that include trunks, bags in precious exotic leathers and an exclusive collection of Objets Nomades, the design objects created in collaboration with big names on the international art scene.
Together with the collections, attention is drawn to the incredible space in which the pop-up is conceived: the typical colors of the Como sky at sunset blend with the stylistic codes of the maison, giving life to ethereal shades of orange and pink in the women’s and light blue and blue in the men’s one, contrasting with the organic textures of the furnishing elements and carpets that enrich the store.
As in a kaleidoscope, rich but perfectly harmonious, the products are an ode to the upcoming summer season. They mix the universe of ready-to-wear with sportswear, playing on colors, volumes and versatility. The protagonists are the Summer By The Pool capsule, in which Louis Vuitton’s iconic motifs such as the Monogram and Damier stand out, passing through the invitation to fill up on Vuittamins, with the explosion of color under the summer sun that defines the Energetic Sportwear collection and the colorful leather goods collection, among which the Capucines emerges triumphantly, the iconic bag with timeless elegance now revisited in a fresh and summery key with a color palette that ranges from yellow to pale pink degradé with aquamarine handle. Moving towards the men’s universe, sport returns to be the master, celebrating Louis Vuitton’s partnership with the NBA, in a complete wardrobe made up of blouson suits, sweatshirts, shorts, informal jackets, shirts and shorts.
