Miramare Castle (Trieste)

With its beautiful view on Trieste’s gulf and its amazing park, Miramare Castle is undoubtedly one of the most famous castle in Italy. It was built in 1856 by order of the House of Hasburg and it welcomed princess Sissi for 14 vacations. Wait for the sunset to take some awesome pictures!

San Marino’s Guaita (San Marino)

Castel del Monte (Andria)

If this citadel ordered by Frederick II was named a World Heritage Site by Unesco, there must be a reason! What makes Castel del Monte so intriguing are also all its secrets: for example, how its structure is completely built on the number 8’s symbolism and also the reason why it was actually built. It seems it wasn’t meant to be a military defense, but as a temple.
