Club Future Nostalgia by Dua Lipa Is Out!

After a long wait, Club Future Nostalgia, the latest album by Dua Lipa finally comes out today, Friday 28 August. Curated and remixed by The Blessed Madonna, the album is an explosive mix of dance talents, incredible superstars and famous names from the global underground scene.

What is it about? Club Future Nostalgia is a collection of new remixes made by Dua Lipa, in collaboration with a series of incredible superstars. The remix is due to the DJ and producer Marea Stamper, known to the world as The Blessed Madonna, and considered one of the most loved names in the world clubbing scene. Electric, euphoric and transversal Club Future Nostalgia is a perfect blend of past and present, it is a meeting place of different musical genres and cultures that combine 90s house with the best pop of the last decade. Everything to dance Club Future Nostalgia boasts, in addition to that of Dua Lipa it is clear, names of the calibre of Gwen Stefani, Madonna, Missy Elliott and talents such as the father of house music Larry Heard and the artist Mark Ronson … in short, it is precisely the case to say the creme de la creme.

The Blessed Madonna has combined the remixes of all these artists, mixing the pop classics of Gwen Stefani, Madonnabut also Janet Jackson and Jamiroquai with parts of iconic songs from house, soul and disco music. Levitating, already at the top of the world charts, is one of the first singles on the album and boasts the featuring of Missy Elliott and Madonna. Club Future Nostalgia is a leap into the past with an incredibly contemporary style, it is the album that comes to mind to listen to in the car to sing out loud, in the room to free your head and at a party to let loose. Dua Lipacommented on Club Future Nostalgia as follows: “The last few months have been surreal. I’ve seen so many people dancing at home, throwing zoom parties and dancing to the notes of Future Nostalgia as if we were together in a club. They really gave me so much joy in the days I spent at home, although I would have much preferred to sing these songs live on tour for you. During this time I thought of involving the incomparable The Blessed Madonna to raise the bar a little more and create a dance mixtape that will be the Future Nostalgia Club. We invited some friends and real legends to have fun with us. The absolute queens Missy Elliott and Madonna joined me for an epic remix of “Levitating”, the woman of my dreams Gwen Stefani and the supreme Mark Ronson teamed up to take “Physical” to the next level. And the party doesn’t end there – there will be many more surprises soon. ”

While pop queen Madonna has called it a huge task and infinitely detailed project, which she loves madly and which has grown her admiration for Dua disproportionately. (And if Madonna says so!)

Club Future Nostalgia retraces all the stages of Dua Lipa’s artistic life, colouring and electrifying them as only the young singer can do. Everything she touches becomes gold, and we are sure that Club Future Nostalgia will be yet another crown placed on the head of who, today, is undoubtedly considered a queen of the global music scene.
