Skinny Señor Sarsaparilla.. 🖤🌵 I have always loved sarsaparilla…it reminds me of my childhood! I don’t drink it too much these days because it is so high in sugar…. 🖤🌵 @bundabergdrinks to the rescue again! This diet sarsaparilla is just so goddamn delicious. You wouldn’t even know it’s a diet soft drink. Drink it on its own or in this little mix that I adapted from Bundaberg Drinks own recipes. 🖤🌵 I used: 60ml Tequila 30ml Lime Juice @bundabergdrinks diet sarsaparilla to fill whatever size glass you choose @tajinusaofficial rim 🖤🌵 I garnished with a collection of fresh & dried edible flowers and little baby limes from my tree. 🖤🌵 This recipe is compliant with my @febfastaus challenge as it is soooo much lower in sugar. 🖤🌵

Today an ode to the fave celebrities’ cocktail like Jennifer Aniston, Keira Knightley and Barack and Michelle Obama is nothing but compulsary. Problem solver of every respectful happy hour, its tradition has its roots in Mexico and of course in the Tequila, its main ingredient. Its original version  is made of 50% Tequila, 25% Triple sec, 25% fresh lime and is the favourite of its most loyal lover like Jennifer Aniston who declared “Justin actually makes the perfect margarita with Don Julio 1942, because there’s no agave, no sugar, no mix. It’s pure tequila, lime juice, and a squinch of Cointreau. It’s delicious!”

During the years its fruity versions became more and more famous, creating delicious Margarita which are nowadays very appreciated. The Blonde Salad, that is a Margarita lover, created for you a list of the most interesting recipes to realize a Margarita Day worthy cocktail. Grab you fave tequila and follow the instructions!

WHAT YOU NEED: 45 ml of Tequila, 30 ml of triple sec, 30 ml of lime juice, 4-5 strawberries, ice

Put all the ingredients in the blender and as last one the ice, that you have kept in the freezer until the last second. Blend for 15 seconds at supersonic speed and fill the frozen cocktail cups, those of the Daiquiri. Garnish with a strawberry on the edge.

WHAT YOU NEED: 3/7 tequila, 2/7 blue curacao, 2/7 lime juice, salt

Pour salt into a dish, wet the edge of your martini cup with lemon juice and turn the glass upside down to make the salt adhere to the rim. Put the Tequila, the Curaçao Blue and the lime juice with the crystalline ice in the shaker. Shake quickly and strain into the cup.

WHAT YOU NEED: 60ml of pomegranate juice, 120ml of Tequila, 30ml of Triple sec, 60ml lime juice, 340g of ice, salt

In a blender mix the ice cubes, tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Turn the glasses over first in a saucer with lime juice, then pass the glasses always upside down in a saucer full of salt, pressing so that the salt adhere well. Distribute the cocktail in the ready glasses, paying attention not to affect the salt. Decorate with pomegranate grains
