Yes, we will return to the New York streets that we have loved so much alongside the young offspring of the Big Apple. Yoghurt on the MET steps, holidays in the Hamptons, debutante dances and, of course, many, many scoops and gossip!

But what do we know so far about the cast and the plot? Unfortunately, we won’t see our favourite characters again: Serena, Blair, Chuck, Dan and Nate are now adults, and Gossip Girl prefers to focus on a new generation of young people struggling with social networks.

New cast and new stories await us therefore in the first season, composed of 10 episodes of an hour each, which will debut on the new streaming service of WarnerMedia, HBO Max. The episodes will be made by Joshua Safran, Josh Schwartz, Stephanie Savage, Gina Girolamo and Leslie Morgnstein, who had already worked in the original show.
