Yoga is one of the most loved disciplines of all time, thanks to the fantastic balance that it manages to create between body and mind. From Sex & The City to Big Little Lies, the protagonists of films and TV series are often immortalized with their sportswear to do breathing exercises or muscle strengthening, always following the rules of silence and reflection imposed by this ancient Indian practice.

However, yoga is not just meditation and gymnastics, but also fashion! Many brands, such as ADIDAS, ALO, the Kate Hudson brand Fabletics, or even Manduka, Onzi and Athleta, have lines entirely dedicated to yoga, using super elastic, resistant and breathable technical fabrics.

Among them, one in particular is committed to celebrating yoga on the day that is dedicated to it: on June 21st, Nike celebrates the International Yoga Day in Milan with the session NTC Vibes, an immersive experience with DJ sets curated by Jamie Beron directly in headphones in the Tenoha space.

For yoga lovers, there is a link to sign up to be drawn and participate in the event. Good luck!
